Constantine Demetriou is an experienced business mentor and investor. Constantine has held roles in a variety of organizations since 1998. In 1998, they were an Associate in Capital Markets and Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers. From 2000 to 2006, they were a Principal Banker and Team Lead on PPP, Private Equity, and Project Finance deals at EBRD. From 2006 to 2008, they were the Managing Director at Fleming Family and Partners Technology, where they built a team leading six PE and three VC investments. From 2008 to 2012, they were the CEO of Novatorinvest, where they were Deputy CEO of one of the largest East European engineering groups and CEO of a PPP company. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Managing Director and Senior Advisor to TRC at IDO Investments. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Senior Advisor (Innovation and Corporate Venturing) and Global Head of Incubation at SABIC. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Head of International Business Development at Hardt Hyperloop. In 2020, they became a Business Mentor at Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute. In 2021, they became a Business Mentor and Judge at Alchemist Accelerator.
Constantine Demetriou obtained their Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Bath in 1993. Constantine then completed a Master of Philosophy in International Relations- Law and Economics at the University of Cambridge in 1994. In 1998, they received their MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management. During this same year, they obtained a Certified Securities Representative certification from the FSA and a Series 7 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
