Healy's entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Seamless, a startup that aimed to simplify photo sharing. Paul gained valuable insights into the early-stage startup environment during this venture.

At NeuStar, Healy held the position of VP Global Partnerships & Alliances, driving global strategic partnerships and signing agreements with Samsung and LG for a new mobile messaging service.

Their tenure at Hewlett-Packard involved heading sales and business development for the Handheld Global Business Unit. Paul successfully grew annual smartphone revenues through the wireless carrier channel from less than $50M to over $250M in 18 months.

Healy's experience also includes serving as the VP Sales & Business Development at Wavemarket, where they played a crucial role in implementing the go-to-market strategy and accelerating revenues, which eventually led to the successful sale of the company to AVG for $220M.

Paul Healy's education history includes attending the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for the Interpersonal Dynamics for High Performing Executives Program. Paul also obtained a MEng degree in Engineering & Business Administration from the University of Bath and a BSC with Honors degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, they completed high school at Sedbergh School. In terms of additional certifications, Paul obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from ITIL Certified in July 2018 and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2023.
