Serge Berezhnoy

Serge Berezhnoy has worked in the tech industry for over a decade. Serge began their career in 2006 as a Dealer Manager at Tele2. In 2010, they moved to Beeline Russia, where they held the roles of Indirect Channel Senior Manager and Branded Retail Project Manager. In 2014, they became the Head of Indirect Channel at Bank Otkritie Financial Corporation, where they were responsible for developing and managing the commercial activities complex. In 2016, they joined VimpelCom as Group Retail Operations Senior Manager, where they were responsible for leading advanced retail operations implementation and managing existing KPIs and incentive schemes. In 2018, they became the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer of Pay-Me. In 2020, they joined Startup Leadership Program as a Fellow and co-founded InsightArc Analytics, where they are the CEO. Serge is also a Founder at 30 batch of Alchemist Accelerator.

Serge Berezhnoy attended MSTU from 2001 to 2006, studying Marketing. In February 2017, they obtained a Digital Marketing certification from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign - College of Business.
