Sonya Pelia has held various roles in a number of companies since 1993. Sonya has been a Board Member and ex-President of the Board of Directors for Maitri since 1993, a Founding LP for How Women Invest since 2020, an Advisor for Doctors Under the Radar since 2020, a Pitch Judge and Mentor for B2B Marketing, SaaS, Brand and Leadership for Alchemist Accelerator since 2019, an Advisor for OneTap since 2020, an Advisor for Merakulus since 2021, a Co-Founder and COO for Monarch Mavens since 2021, and an Advisor for both Goodtalent Corporation and ZippiAi Inc. since 2022.

Sonya Pelia attended Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, where they earned a BA Honors in English, Economics, and Psychology.
