Lori Wachs

Lori Wachs is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in fostering women-led companies. As the Founder and Managing Partner at Penultima Capital since December 2022, Lori focuses on growth stage investments that reshape the consumer landscape. Additionally, Lori serves as a Partner, Principal, and Executive in Residence at Springboard Growth Capital, which invests in women-led companies coming from the Springboard Enterprises accelerator programs. Lori holds board positions at Alchemy 43 and Aquis Hair and has a history of leadership as President of Cross Ledge Investments and Portfolio Manager at Delaware Investments. Lori began her career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs after earning a BSE in finance from The Wharton School.
