Duncan Munro

Duncan Munro is an experienced design professional currently serving as Head of Design and New Business at Alchemy Construct® since August 2025. Previously, Duncan held the position of Design and Engineering Manager at John Holland, overseeing projects across VIC, NSW, TAS, and SA from April 2023 to August 2025. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Cox Architecture and working as an Architect at Grimshaw. Duncan began a career in architecture at Woods Bagot and Architecture BVN as an Architectural Designer, and also spent time at Conrad Gargett Riddel. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture from the University of Melbourne and an academic background from The University of Edinburgh, complemented by registration with the Architect's Registration Board of Victoria in 2016.
