James Dalton

James Dalton's work experience includes multiple roles at different companies.

At Alchemy Global Solutions, James worked as a Global Commercial Analysis and a UK Production Manager. James also served as a Repair Leader & Apple Certifications Trainer.

Prior to that, James was the Chief Executive Officer at Equal Projects Limited.

James also held the position of Chairperson at Five of Nine.

James started their career at Apple, where they held various roles such as Lead (Sales Leader), Lead Genius (Service Leader), Genius (Mac/iOS/ACMT), Family Room Specialist (iOS Technical Support), and Specialist (Sales). In these roles, they developed and implemented strategic plans, led sales teams, provided exceptional customer experiences, and addressed technical issues.

James Dalton attended Harvard University starting in 2022, where they studied Leadership Principles. James is currently pursuing their education at Harvard University, with no specified end year. Additionally, James has obtained several certifications from Apple, including the Apple Certified Trainer (ACT) in June 2013, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) in April 2012, and Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) in April 2012.
