Dharika Merchant

Dharika Merchant is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operational management and business development. Currently serving as COO and President at Alchemy Group since September 2016, Dharika also co-founded and advises Anphonic, beginning in June 2024. Prior experience includes key roles at Affinity Global Inc. from February 2009 to July 2016, where Dharika held positions such as VP of Business Development, Senior Director of Media Sales, Senior Business Development Manager, and Account Manager. Additionally, a tenure as a Business Development Specialist at Hostway from February 2010 to December 2011 further contributed to a diverse skill set. Dharika holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Finance from the University of Mumbai, completed in 2009.
