Milana Janković

Milana Janković has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 when they were a Student Assistant at Petnica Science Center. Milana then went on to become a Local Team Trainer at AIESEC Serbia in 2013, a Steering Committee Member at Students' Union of Serbia in 2013, and a Student Researcher at Laboratory for Experimental Psychology, Faculty of Philosophy in 2014. In 2015, they were an Executive Committee Member and International Affairs Officer at European Students' Union (ESU). In 2016, they worked as an HR Intern at Levi9 IT Services and then as an HR Generalist at Mad Head Games in 2019. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Playrix Croatia and a Learning and Development Manager at Alchemy Cloud, Inc.

Milana Janković began their education in 2008, when they attended Stevan Puzić High School in Ruma and completed a Socio-Linguistics Course. In 2012, they graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad. Milana then continued their studies at the same institution, earning a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2020. Currently, Milana is pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy at the University of Novi Sad, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
