Filippo Valente

Filippo Valente has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Technical Division Manager, Manufacturing Department Manager, and Production Manager at Alchimia srl since July 2015. Previously, Filippo held various roles at Fresenius Kabi from 2009 to 2015, culminating as Process R&D Head-Senior Scientist and Scientist. Filippo also completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Solid Phase Synthesis at Alma Mater Studiorum Università di Bologna, where research focused on developing solid-phase synthetic oligonucleotides for Medulloblastoma treatment. Early career experience includes a position as a Junior Scientist at GlaxoSmithKline. Filippo holds a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and a master's degree in Management and Marketing of Pharmaceuticals. Additionally, Filippo is a qualified person as per D. Lgs. 219/06, registered with AIFA.
