Monica currently works at ALCIVIA, a merger of Legacy Cooperatives, where Monica serves as the Human Resources Manager, HRIS Specialist/Recruiter, and Payroll and Benefits Administrator. Prior to this, Monica held positions at Countryside Cooperative, Midwest Dental, University of Wisconsin-Stout, and Andersen Corporation. With their extensive experience in payroll processing and HR, Monica brings a wealth of knowledge to their current role.
