Bertrand Stephann has worked in a variety of roles throughout their career. In 1992, they began their career as a Voluntary for International French Service at BNP Paribas. In 1993, they joined Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company) as a Consultant. Bertrand then moved to DirectGroup Bertelsmann in 1997 as Digital and Customer Service. In 2002, they became the CEO of AlloCiné. In 2007, they took on the role of CEO at auFeminin.com, where they integrated the company into Axel Springer AG and internationalized its sales and operations in Europe. Finally, in 2011, they co-founded and became the CEO of Alcméon, a company that connects enterprises with social media, messaging apps, and consumer review platforms.
Bertrand Stephann completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Management, General from ESSEC Business School between 1987 and 1990. Bertrand then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School between 1995 and 1997.
