Fabio Castronuovo

Fabio Castronuovo has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. In 1998, they began their career at Vodafone Italy as a Customer Care Technical Support, providing second level support to call center representatives. Fabio then progressed to the role of CRM Process Analyst, where they were responsible for internal auditing and producing call center reporting. Following this, they were appointed as the CRM Community Manager. In 2007, Fabio moved to Dada, where they were a Project Manager for external and international partnerships. In 2009, they joined Zodiak Active - Zodiak Media Group as a Senior Project Manager, where they managed relationships with key mobile operators and communicated progress with leadership. In 2011, Fabio co-founded WalkonWine. In 2012, they became a Partner at Amcservices, where they provided CRM strategy to enterprise-level customers. In 2013, they founded WeLikeCRM, creating product and services for SocialCRM. In 2014, they founded Chorally, a data-driven engagement platform aimed to evolve call centers for big enterprises. Finally, in 2023, Fabio became the Regional Director Italy at Alcméon, a French Scale-Up, where they are responsible for consolidating and expanding the Italian market, maintaining key relations with Italian customers, building a partnership strategy, and leading and building the Italian team.

Fabio Castronuovo is currently pursuing a degree in Ingegneria Informatica at Università degli Studi Guglielmo Marconi, which they began in 2021. Prior to this, they attended Liceo Scientifico G.Battaglini from 1986 to 1990. Fabio also studied Fisica at Università di Pisa.
