Chuck Schiavello

Chuck Schiavello has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Chuck is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Alco Manufacturing Corporation, LLC since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at Busche Performance Group from 2015 to 2020. Chuck also served as the Vice President of Finance and Controller at Compass Automotive Group from 2009 to 2015. Before that, they held the position of Group CFO at Columbus Components Group from 2006 to 2009, where they were responsible for managing the financial and accounting functions of a multi-site manufacturing company. Chuck served as the Controller at Blackhawk Automotive Plastics from 1999 to 2006, overseeing financial and accounting functions of a manufacturing facility. Schiavello began their career at Worthington Industries in 1995, where they held various positions including Controller, Project Manager, and Assistant Controller, as part of a rotational management training program. Chuck started their professional journey as a Plant Controller at Mead Corporation in 1993, responsible for the financial function of a manufacturing facility.

Chuck Schiavello obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, specializing in Accounting. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Xavier University - Williams College of Business.
