Stephanie Hemphill

Stephanie Hemphill has extensive work experience in operations and management roles within the manufacturing industry. Stephanie is currently the Director of Operations at Alco Manufacturing Corporation LLC, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this, Stephanie was the Plant Manager at Alco Manufacturing Corporation LLC from May 2018 to February 2022. Before joining Alco, they worked as the Plant Manager at Comfort Research from January 2017 to May 2018. Stephanie also gained valuable experience at Haworth, where they held the positions of Plant Manager from November 2013 to January 2017 and Operations Team Manager from September 2012 to November 2013. Earlier in their career, they served as a Production Supervisor at Knoll from May 2011 to September 2012.
