Chester Davidson

Chester Davidson possesses extensive experience in electrical engineering and project management within the alumina industry. Beginning as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Alcoa Minerals of Jamaica from 1982 to 1985, Chester later served as Engineering Manager at Jamalco from October 1998 to October 2000, overseeing project engineering for a joint venture alumina refinery plant and managing maintenance operations. Since October 2000, Chester has held the position of Process Systems Manager at Alcoa Inc, leading global services for seven alumina refineries across multiple countries under the QUASAR program, which focuses on implementing a unified process control infrastructure. Chester holds an MBA from Nova Southeastern University and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, with specializations in power systems, telecommunications, and control systems.
