Harsha Hegde

Harsha Hegde has extensive work experience in various roles at different companies. Harsha also manages a network of service professionals in the field of mental health, wellness, and other areas to support clients.

Prior to this, Harsha worked at Workplace Options as a Training Manager, where they were the initial point of contact for new hires and responsible for onboarding and process training. Harsha also created and delivered team-specific process manuals. Harsha also worked as a Clinical Referral Specialist, connecting clients with mental health professionals and negotiating fees in critical incident cases.

Before joining Workplace Options, Harsha worked at Al Jabalain Enterprise LLC as a Senior Account Manager, networking and managing client portfolios, ensuring repeat sales, and tracking customer requirements. Harsha also worked at National Life & General Insurance Company SAOC as a Corporate Marketing and Account Manager, tailoring insurance products for corporate clients and expanding the client portfolio.

Harsha Hegde has a diverse education history. In 1996, they started their schooling at Indian School Muscat in Oman, where they focused on computer science until 2005. Harsha Hegde further pursued their education at Robert Gordon University from 2012 to 2013, completing a Master's degree in International Business.
