David Cox

David Cox is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience collaborating with senior leadership teams and Board of Directors to develop and manage HR programs across public, private, and not-for-profit organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at Alcoa, they oversee the strategic planning and administration of the company’s compensation and benefit programs. Previously, they held key roles at Pentair, Carlson, and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, driving significant initiatives in compensation and benefits. David's educational background includes pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
