Diane Byron

Diane Byron joined Crane as Vice President, Total Rewards in February 2023 with responsibility and oversight of the development and administration of short and long term-compensation, and benefits strategies and programs in support of Crane culture, values and business objectives.

Prior to joining Crane, Diane has nearly 30 years’ experience in compensation and benefits roles of increasing responsibility and leadership in various industries. Most recently Diane was the Director, Rewards at Avangrid, Inc. where she was involved in the strategy and execution of the organization’s compensation plans, executive compensation and equity plans. Prior to this role, Diane worked for Tangoe, Inc. as Senior Director, Compensation, Benefits & HRIS. Diane started her career in Pension benefits consulting at PwC and Mercer.
