Glenn Delaney P.Eng is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in reliability engineering. Currently serving as Senior Director of Reliability Engineering at Voyant Beauty since June 2021, Glenn previously held significant roles at Aleris from 2015 to the present, including Director of AOS Asset Reliability North America and Reliability Manager for Rolled Products North America. Prior experience includes serving as Reliability Manager for North America at Novelis from September 1999 to February 2015.
