Josh Wilcox

Josh Wilcox has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as Engineering Lead at Howmet Aerospace since March 2008 and as NPI Engineer and Product Engineer at Arconic and Alcoa respectively since March 2007. In the role at Alcoa, Josh specializes in the Power and Propulsion division's ceramic core line, focusing on scrap reduction, process improvements, and optimization within the investment casting process for turbine engine blades. Additionally, Josh co-owned Panther Creek Bike Shop LLC from March 2015 to March 2017 and previously worked as a Design Engineer at HURD Corporation, where contributions included designing molds and assisting with CNC programming. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering with an emphasis on Product Development from East Tennessee State University, completed in 2006.
