Juliana da Cunha Marques is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial leadership within the chemical and aluminum industries. Currently serving as Commercial Director for Alcoa in the Americas and Asia since March 2013, Juliana has successfully driven sales strategies and operational improvements across multiple regions. Previous roles at Alcoa include leadership in refining and primary products for Latin America and the Caribbean, where outstanding results were achieved in employee engagement and competitive positioning. Prior experience at Braskem SA involved business development in renewable chemicals and green ethylene projects, managing key accounts, and leading sales teams. Juliana holds an MBA in Sustainable Development and another in Business Administration from FIA, along with a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of São Paulo.
