Karen McGhee

Karen McGhee has extensive experience in the electrical and instrumentation fields, currently serving as Electrical Superintendent at Alcoa since April 2004, following roles as Electrical Group Leader and Electrical/Instrument Technician. Prior to this, Karen worked as an Electrical Technical Officer at Synergy in 2017, and held the position of Director at Merricks Roofing from October 1999 to July 2008, overseeing a roof tiling business. Additional experience includes working as an Electrical Technician at UGL and Skilled Engineering in 2002 and a role as an Electrical/Instrument Apprentice at Alcoa earlier in 1998-2002. Karen McGhee completed education at Rockingham High School from 1992 to 1996.
