Kristin Gaines

Kristin Gaines serves as the Director of Transformation for the Western US at Alcoa since July 2021. Previously, Kristin held the position of Senior Vice President at MBTL from January 2011 to October 2021. Kristin earned a Master of Science (MS) in Chemistry from the University of Idaho and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology and Chemistry from Eastern Oregon University.
