Marcelo Freire

Marcelo Freire is an experienced Human Resources professional with a significant background in global HR, mergers and acquisitions, and compensation and benefits. Marcelo has held various leadership roles at Alcoa, including Human Resources Director for Brazil, Global Human Resources and M&A Director, and LA Compensation & Benefits and Global M&A Director. Additionally, Marcelo served as Superintendent Director at Alcoa Previ and worked as a Compensation & Benefits Specialist at Saint-Gobain. Marcelo began a career at Alcoa as an intern and progressed to the role of Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Marcelo holds a Master’s degree in Behavior Management from Unifesp - Universidade Federal de São Paulo and has furthered education at Fundação Dom Cabral.
