Sheryl Paterson

Sheryl Paterson is an experienced management professional with a strong background in contractor management, compliance, and business improvement. Currently serving as the Global Contractor Management Programs and Compliance Manager at Alcoa since April 2022, Sheryl previously held positions including Regional Contractor Services Manager and various roles at Ventia Pty Ltd from September 2015 to April 2022, such as Business Improvement Manager and National Contract Services Manager. Earlier experience includes working at Serco as the Risk, Quality & Compliance Manager from April 2011 to September 2015.
