Stephen Dudak

Stephen Dudak, CCP, CECP, currently serves as Director of Global Executive Compensation at Alcoa since August 2016, after a progression from Manager in the same department. Previously, Stephen held the position of Vice President Manager of Compensation at Fulton Financial Corporation and served as Sr Consultant for Executive Compensation at Highmark. Stephen's early career included significant roles at HJ Heinz, including Group Leader for Global Compensation & HR Technology, Group Leader for Executive Compensation, and Sr Manager for Executive Compensation. Additionally, Stephen was Compensation Manager at Compass Group North America. Stephen's educational background includes an Executive Education program in Executive Compensation from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Financial Management from Winthrop University.
