Stephen Guerrette

Stephen Guerrette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management, trading, and strategic analysis at Alcoa since June 2010. Currently serving as Vice President for North American Value-Add Product Sales, Scrap, & Risk Management, Stephen has developed trading strategies to manage price risk and protect profitability, while ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Previous roles include Director of Risk, Trading, & Scrap, and Senior Manager of Risk Management, where strategic execution and market analysis played key roles. Stephen's earlier career includes a position as Assistant Manager at Finish Line. Academic credentials include an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a double major in Accounting and Marketing from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
