Yang York has extensive experience in procurement and project management across multiple industries in China. At SNC-LAVALIN, Yang served as a Procurement Specialist focused on strategic sourcing and quality control for mining clients. Previous roles include Site Engineer at MCC Shanghai Baoye Construction Corp., where responsibilities encompassed technical support and project management for mechanical installations, and Project Manager at Fives Group, managing comprehensive project aspects from design to commissioning.
