Ozenc has a strong commitment to promoting women in ICT as Vice Chair and Non-Executive Director of Vic ICT For Women since February 2015. Previous roles include General Manager Technology for Wagering & Media at Tabcorp, and Executive General Manager at Toll Group, showcasing extensive experience in IT project and program management across various organizations, including Australia Post and numerous other firms. Ozenc holds a Master of Leadership from Deakin University and completed executive education at Harvard Business School and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
