Currently serving as Head of Strategy and Head of the Transformation Office at ABN Group, Esperanza focuses on business and technology transformation strategies. Previous roles include Strategist and Project Manager for the Be You initiative at Beyond Blue, and several positions at Accenture Australia and Colombia, where responsibilities spanned digital strategy, innovation, and management consulting. Esperanza also has a strong background in education, having worked as a tutor at Brighton Secondary College and held consulting roles in customer experience strategy. Educational credentials include a Master in Business Management and Administration and a Master of Laws from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, alongside a specialization as a Female Health Consultant.
