Nicole Duns is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at ABN Group since August 2022, with a prior role in the same capacity at BGC Housing Group. Nicole's extensive background includes significant positions such as People and Culture at the Minderoo Foundation, HR Business Partner at Iluka Resources, and HR Manager - Operations at Karara Mining Ltd. Early career highlights include multiple roles at Fortescue Metals Group, along with HR positions at Coffey International Ltd and Rio Tinto. Nicole has a Master of Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Addiction Studies from Edith Cowan University. Current education includes a Diploma in Project Management at North Metropolitan TAFE. Additionally, Nicole is pursuing design studies at Coco Republic Design School.
