Gunnar Lindberg

Gunnar Lindberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the horse racing industry, currently serving as a Senior Racing Official and Regulatory/Adjudicator at the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario since March 2016. Previously, Gunnar held various managerial roles at Woodbine Entertainment Group from 1992 to 2002, where responsibilities included overseeing cash operations and security for off-track betting sites. Gunnar has also contributed to the industry as a Thoroughbred Jockey from 1973 to 1991. In addition to these roles, Gunnar has been a director on the board of the Avelino Gomez Charitable Foundation since 1989, supporting individuals and families in need. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Louisville and Humber College.
