Josh Deppe

Josh Deppe, M.S., currently serves as the Director of Midwest Operations & Corporate Warranty at ALCOM LLC since April 2024. Previous roles include North America Supplier Quality Manager at PALFINGER AG, Principal Supplier Quality at Milwaukee Tool, and Quality Assurance Engineering Manager at Leonardo DRS. With extensive experience in quality assurance and operations management, Josh has also held managerial positions at The Toro Company and Miller Electric Mfg. LLC. Prior military service includes a role as Squad Leader/Infantry and Recruiter in the United States Marine Corps. Josh holds a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Development from Silver Lake College, a Doctorate in Business Administration from Columbia Southern University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Leadership and Organizational Studies from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, alongside an Associate of Science in Industrial Welding Technology from Fox Valley Technical College. Additionally, educational pursuits include professional development in quality management and advisory contributions to business management programs.
