Michael Broadstreet is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Sourcing at ALCOM LLC since June 2025, Michael has previously held significant positions, including Strategic Commodity Manager at both Maximus Group and The Shyft Group, and Supply Chain Manager at Kennametal. Notably, Michael's career at Citi Group spanned over 16 years, where leadership roles included Vice President of Operations for Print, Inserting, and Presort operations, overseeing large teams and driving process improvements. Michael began the career journey as a substitute teacher with South Bend Community School Corporation and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Administration from Indiana University South Bend.
