Robert X Ha

Robert X Ha has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Robert X started their career as a disc jockey at WTUL from 2002 to 2005. Robert X then worked as a temporary desktop systems analyst at frog design in 2007. In 2008, they worked as an AppleCare Tier 1 Portables Technical Support at Volt Technical Resources. From 2006 to 2008, Robert was a Head Tickets Cashier at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, where they performed various tasks related to admissions and cross-trained in other departments. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a telemarketing services representative at Harte-Hanks. In 2011, they became a Jr HelpDesk Engineer at 360training, and from 2014 to 2022, they worked as an ITS HelpDesk Coordinator at People's Community Clinic. Currently, they are working as a Help Desk Support Specialist at ALCON DTS, starting in 2023.

Robert X Ha attended Tulane University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
