Abigail Olayres

Abigail Olayres is a Quality Assurance Manager at Alcon, bringing over a decade of experience in quality assurance and technical services. With a background as a licensed chemist, they have developed and maintained Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with GxP standards across South East Asian markets. Abigail has led initiatives to implement corporate procedures locally, conduct audits, and enhance standard operating procedures. Prior to Alcon, they held various roles, including Technical Services Department Manager and Manufacturing Operations Management Trainee at Interphil Laboratories, Inc. Abigail also served as an instructor at the University of the Philippines at Los Baños, teaching undergraduate chemistry courses.
