For Lauren, creating digital strategies is rooted in human-centered design principles and practices. Her experience stems from a mix of consulting and agency experience with a focus on business and service design to drive digital experience transformations.
Having worked with clients across all verticals, such as healthcare, travel, and non-profit, Lauren brings a unique perspective and diverse set of skills that allow her to deliver both human impact and business impact for every client she partners with.
An avid Peloton user, it’s no surprise that Peloton is Lauren’s favorite app. She also loves spending time with her family, baking, and watching The Bachelorette (it’s a guilty pleasure)!
