Artem Mamian has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and sectors. Artem began their career as a Software Engineer at EC-Leasing (IBM business partner) in 2000 and later transitioned to become a Web Developer at UNI from 2002 to 2004. Mamian then joined Procter & Gamble Russia, where they held various finance-related positions such as Category Finance Analyst, Finance Controller, and MSA/SRA Budget Controller. In 2008, they joined Novartis as the Head of BPA (Business Planning & Analysis) and later served as the Finance and Administration Head until 2016. Since then, Mamian has been associated with Alcon in several roles, including Alcon CFO for Romania Cluster, CFO for East Central Europe Cluster, and currently as the Head of Finance for Central and South Eastern Europe Cluster, where they oversee a cluster of 18 countries.

Artem Mamian has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Moscow State Linguistic University, which they obtained from 1996 to 2001. Artem also holds an MBA degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Northern Iowa, which they earned from 2002 to 2004. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Leading with Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn (institution) in the year 2023 (obtained_year).
