Bozena Zwolinska

Bozena Zwolinska is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and program management, currently serving as a Transition and Transformation Program Manager at Alcon since September 2020. Bozena's expertise includes stakeholder relationship management, knowledge transfer planning, risk management, and budget control. Prior to Alcon, Bozena held positions as a Project Manager at Jyske Bank Gibraltar and a Manager at EY, where responsibilities encompassed project execution, organizational design, and change management.
