Cara Jones Faye has over 15 years of experience in communications, specializing in public relations and stakeholder engagement across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Communications for UK & Europe at Alcon since September 2014, Cara has successfully established effective communication strategies, supported product launches, and maintained Alcon's reputation through crisis management. Prior roles include Senior Communications & PR Manager and Communications Manager at Alcon, where Cara facilitated leadership transitions and media training initiatives. Previous experience includes communication roles at Maped, Freeride World Tour, and Salomon, with a foundation in corporate communications and project management. Cara holds an MBA from École Supérieure des Affaires Lille and a BA in Business & French from Queens University of Charlotte.
