Cristina Manescu is a seasoned logistics and freight management professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Manager of Logistics & Freight Management at Alcon since June 2025, Cristina previously held key roles at DS Smith from July 2014 to June 2025, including Segment Category Manager for Logistics & Transport in Group Procurement and Logistics Manager, where responsibilities included tenders and supplier management, rates negotiation, and optimization of transport flows across Europe. Prior experience includes serving as International Transport Manager at FM Logistic, overseeing customer portfolios and international teams, and Regional Branch Manager at OTZ/Prodis Banat. Cristina holds educational qualifications from the University of Craiova and Colegiul National "Alexandru Lahovary" Rm. Valcea.
