Eduardo Martinez

Eduardo Martinez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Eduardo has recently worked at Alcon as a Surgical Service Support Team Lead, where they supported the team in order processing and complaint resolution using SAP's CRM system. Eduardo also created customer service email templates, distributed daily work among team members, and handled project management tasks. Prior to that, Eduardo worked as a Screenwriter, completing a script for a short film called "Buddy" which is currently pending production. Eduardo also held roles at Lion, where they served as the Nationals On Premise Account Team Leader, overseeing tasks such as order processing, invoice investigation and resolution, project management, and team management. Eduardo has also worked at Service NSW, Transport for NSW, Parramatta Police Headquarters, and Westpac in different customer service and administrative roles. Eduardo has experience in mentoring and coaching employees, event coordination, and data reporting. Additionally, Eduardo has worked on film scripts and vlogging at The Urban Llama and Glasshouse Productions.

From 1992 to 1996, Eduardo Martinez attended Parramatta High School, where they focused on Art/Art Studies.
