Erich Spelman

Erich Spelman is a senior management professional with extensive experience in project and program management, particularly in the construction and mechanical industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Project/Program Management for Alcon since October 2025, Erich previously held the position of Sr. Superintendent at DPR Construction from October 2014 to October 2025. Prior roles include Superintendent at AECOM Hunt, Sigma Mechanical, and Hidalgo Industrial Services, with significant contributions in managing mechanical projects and job sites. Erich also served as Plumbing Foreman at Skihi Mechanical and Pacific Rim Mechanical, overseeing jobsite management, cost control, and manpower scheduling. Educational background includes completion of the San Diego Occupational Studies Program and a high school diploma from Mt. Carmel High School.
