Erika Allison

Erika Allison Marceles is an experienced professional in the medical device industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Design Control New Product Development at Alcon since March 2020, where leadership involves delivering comprehensive Design History Files (DHF) and Risk Management Files (RMF) for innovative technology platforms. Previously, at Endologix, Inc., from April 2016 to March 2020, Erika held the role of Sr. Principal R&D Engineer, leading risk management process redesign initiatives. Earlier roles include positions as Sr. Design Quality Engineer at NinePoint Medical, Principal Quality Engineer at Abiomed, and various quality engineering roles at NxStage Medical, Jabil, and Baxter International Inc. Erika holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Universidad del Norte.
