Forrest Goodman

Forrest Goodman, DVM, PMP, is currently the Head of Process Management and Portfolio Project Management at Alcon, a Novartis company, since 2014. They have extensive experience in project and program management, having held senior roles at companies such as DFB Pharmaceuticals, Healthpoint, and Virbac Corporation. Forrest previously managed the Product Development Unit at Virbac, ensuring timely product delivery in compliance with FDA regulations, and has developed and overseen multi-million-dollar project budgets throughout their career. They hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and continue to pursue additional degrees in Veterinary Science and Animal Science at Texas A&M University.
