Griffin Walton is currently the Associate Director of North America Strategy & Innovation at Alcon, where they also serve as Chief of Staff for US Surgical and Head of Commercial Innovation & Strategy. Prior to this, Griffin worked as the M&A/Ventures Lead at Lockheed Martin from 2018 to 2022 and held a role in Product Management at First Command Financial Services from 2013 to 2018. Griffin's earlier experience includes positions in Strategy & Operations at Comprehensive Finance Inc. and as an Investment Professional in the Private Bank at J.P. Morgan.
