Ramesh Swaminathan

Mr Ramesh Swaminathan is the Executive Director, Global CFO and Head, Corporate affairs at Lupin. A Lord Chevening scholar, Swaminathan is also a qualified Chartered Management Accountant (UK), Chartered Accountant (India), Company Secretary and a Cost Accountant with more than 30 years of industry experience, of which 13 years have been with Lupin. He has also worked with other reputed organisations including VST Industries, SPIC Group, Standard Chartered Bank, Henkel and L&T. Swaminathan holds a management degree from INSEAD, France. He has won several accolades, including the Best CFO by Finance Asia, Best CFO in the pharmaceutical sector by CNBC-TV18, and Business Today India’s Best CFO for best leverage management – large Indian companies.
