Ivan Benson

Ivan Benson, ACC, currently serves as the Global Talent Management Leader at Alcon since July 2019, where responsibilities include developing and implementing the global talent management strategy following the company's spin-off and HR transformation. Previously, Ivan was the Head of Change Management and Organizational Development at Alcon, focusing on strategic initiatives for IT and Finance functions. With a background in HR leadership roles at Sandoz, Novartis, CitiGroup, Pepsi Bottling Group, and IBM, Ivan has extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and HR business partnering across various industries. Ivan holds an MA in Human Resource Management and a BA in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
