Jhan Knebel, CSP-SM, A-CSM, CSM, is an accomplished Senior Principal Agile Coach and Scrum Master at Alcon since November 2014, specializing in Agile coaching within the Salesforce Platform and providing guidance to consulting partners. Prior experience includes leading Agile teams and serving as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst focused on custom applications at Alcon, as well as roles in project management and business analysis at Stericycle Communication Solutions. Jhan's earlier positions include instructional design and project management at Allied Electronics, Sabre Holdings, CBTeam, and NIIT Technologies Limited, showcasing a solid foundation in training development and needs analysis. Jhan holds a Master of Education in Instructional Technology from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts from Northwestern State University.
